Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
Deposit Requirements:A deposit equal to 50% of the total lodging charges including tax (excluding charges for spa services) is due at time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days (14 days for check-in dates between August 1 to August 15) (the “Cancellation Deadline”) prior to your scheduled day of arrival (the "Check-in Date"), the full deposit (less a $20 cancellation fee) will be refunded. If you cancel after the Cancellation Deadline, but at least 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the Check-in Date, the full deposit (less a $20 transfer fee) is transferable to another date, but is not refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the Check-in Date, your credit card will be charged for the full room rate (plus sales tax)(and minus the deposit) for the number of days reserved. Early departures require full payment for the scheduled room reservation. Inclement Weather & Personal Emergency: Notwithstanding the above cancellation policy, we will give good faith consideration to reasonable requests for partial refunds under the following conditions: • Inclement weather prohibits arrival on the Check-in Date. • Personal emergency prevents arrival on the Check-in Date or requires departure prior to the end of the scheduled reservation. “Personal emergency” is defined to include a death, serious illness or accident involving immediate family.
