Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

A one-night advanced payment is required to complete a reservation. A service fee of $25 will be applied for all cancellations. If a cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Within 14 days, deposits will be refunded if your room is re-booked. (Every effort is made by the innkeepers to re-book your room.) Early departures cannot be refunded unless we can fill the room for the remainder of your reservation. We apply our cancellation policy fairly for all guests regardless of personal situation, acts of nature or airline.
