Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy: SPRING, SUMMR AND FALL: A credit card is required when booking and the full amount is due upon arrival. Cancellations inside 48 hours are subject to full amount being non-refundable. WINTER:A credit card plus 25% deposit is required when booking with the balance and taxes due upon arrival. Cancellations inside 14 days are subject to full amount being non-refundable. If I am able to re-book any or all nights, that amount will be refunded less the 25% deposit.
Payments: Full Payment: Balance is due at time of arrival
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Cots / Roll Away Beds: There are no cots or roll away beds available. Baby cot available upon request.

Non-smoking: covered front porch and back deck available for smokers
