Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
The following policies are vital to the operation of a small inn and we appreciate your understanding. Full amount of stay is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to date of stay and 60 days prior for graduation weekends and/or groups (4 or more rooms) minus a $25 service fee. All reservations made within 72 hours of date of stay are confirmed and non-refundable. Cancellation not within these guidelines will be billed for entire stay unless room or rooms can be re-booked whereas a refund will be applied for each night re-booked. Special event weekends are subject to a two night minimum stay and an adjustable rate.
