Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
ROOM ONLY Bookings:
Rooms must be booked one at a time.
A 50% deposit will be charged at time of a Room Only booking; the remainder will be charged at check-out.
A 3-week cancellation notice is required for a full refund. If under 21 days, we will do our best to find a replacement guest for your room.
If a replacement guest is found, a full refund, minus a 5% administration fee, will be given.
If a replacement guest is NOT found, your credit card will be charged, minus the 50% deposit taken at time of booking.
THEATRE PACKAGE Bookings:
Payment in full will be charged once we contact you with confirmation.
Feature packages are non-refundable. A change of date, if available, can be accommodated.
