High Season and Holidays: We require a 50% deposit of the total booking, with the balance due at check-in. Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival will result in a $25 cancellation fee for studios and 1-bedrooms, $75 for 2 bedroom and $100 for three bedroom . Cancellations between 60-14 days prior to arrival will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit and a charge of the balance due. Mid Season: We require a 50% deposit of total booking at time of reservation, with balance due at check-in. Cancellations greater than 30 days of arrival will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for studios and 1-bedrooms, $75 for 2 bedroom and $100 for three bedroom. Low Season: We require a 50% deposit of total booking at time of reservation, with balance due at check-in. ALL CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 14 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.
