Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

A STRICT policy enables us to charge less!!! All confirmed reservations for peak periods such as weekends, holidays OR summer are final. If you have a change in plans, please notify the property immediately. If we can resell the room, you will be released from the reservation. Otherwise you would be responsible for the full reservation. Reservations during non-peak periods have a $20 cancellation charge; a $20 credit is applied to the next non-peak booking (thus, no charge for changes). Assume it is a peak period unless confirmed otherwise with the property.

ALL rooms are non-smoking. No rooms are rented to minors; there must be at least one adult in any room.

Loved, good children ALWAYS welcome! OCCUPANCY MIN - 2 persons in a room with a queen, no more than 2 adults & 2 smaller children in a room with two double beds.

Check-in is anytime between 3 p.m. & 10 p.m. Repeat guests can check in after 10 p.m. with prior notice. If it is your first time staying at the motel, special arrangements must be made for late check in; you will need to speak to Steele directly. Check out is 11 a.m. Sometimes we have some latitude on times, but we can't be sure until the day of; it is very rare that we can promise in advance.
