Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the reservation date or the full fee will be charged for rooms not re-booked.

May 1st to October 31 the office closes at 9:00 p.m. November 1st to April 30th the office closes at 8:00 p.m. Late check-ins need to alert The Eastland Motel either by phone (207)733-5501 or e-mail (office@eastlandmotel.com) ASAP to make arrangements for room access.

Our entire motel is smoke-free and if you CHOOSE to smoke in the room your card WILL be charged $250.00 to clean the room after.
