Totem Motel and Resort Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Upon booking your room, we require a one night deposit fee via credit card to secure your reservation. This deposit goes towards your stay. If you should need to cancel, we require a minimum of 1 month's notice. If you should need to cancel with less than 1 month prior to your booking, we keep your deposit as we have held this time slot for you and turned away several possible bookings.
