Reservation Policy:
A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In return you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable - less a $40.00 handling fee if notice is received 60 days prior to arrival, OR under 60 days if we can re-rent your space on the same basis, OR can be applied to a later reservation.

Rate and Discount Information:
A discounted weekly rate applies to all cabins. This discount is not reflected in your online booking total and will be applied upon confirmation.

Rates are based on 2 guests [ Except the LakeShore cabin ] Additional fees apply for guests over 2. Each additional guest: $100/week, $20/day.
The LakeShore cabin rate is based on 10 guests.

Subtotal does not include Sales & Lodging taxes.
