Reservation Policy: A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In return you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable - less a $40.00 handling fee if notice is received 60 days proir to arrival, OR under 60 days if we can re-rent your space on the same basis, OR can be applied to a later reservation.
