Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
CLEANING FEES AND TAXES:
A one time cleaning fee and local taxes will be added to your total reservation. These fees vary slightly by property. Please see the rate/terms page for each property for more detail.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit will be refunded back to your credit card within 14 days of your departure. Should damage or excessive cleaning occur, the amount of damage or extra cleaning shall be deducted from your security deposit.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. After you submit this reservation form, we will email you a Rental Agreement with the quote/payment terms and await your confirmation before processing your payment. If you are making this reservation more than 30 days in advance, you can pay 50% of the total amount due now and the remaining balance will be charged automatically within 30 days of arrival. You may make a full payment at the time of booking by indicating that in the comment section of this reservation form. If you're making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed after we receive your confirmation to the Rental Agreement email.
The reservation deposit is refundable less 3% transaction fee up to 30 days of your arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. You can get traveller's insurance through Homeaway, http://www.homeaway.com/guarantee/home.html, or other 3rd parties.
CHECK IN/OUT TIME:
Check in time is 4:00 PM. EARLY CHECK IN TIMES ARE ALLOWED ONLY WHEN THE PROPERTY IS CLEANED AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY AND PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. Check out time is 11:00 AM; PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL IS NEEDED FOR LATE CHECK OUT.
NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED:
All properties are NON-SMOKING and have a NO-PET RULE, no exceptions. Violators will forfeit their security deposit.
