Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Reservations are non refundable within 30 days of arrival. Outside of 30 days there is a $100 fee. Inclement weather, failure to catch the Ferry, or make a ferry reservation is not an acceptable cancellation.

By booking your reservation you agree that you are of aware the rental fee plus cleaning fee and taxes.
You authorize full payment immediately and agree that the reservation is not able to be cancelled or refunded within 30 days of arrival.
Also, you confirm that you are aware we DO NOT provide linens or towels for Villa rentals and you must bring your own.
Condo rentals DO include linens but not towels.
Rate shown is plus cleaning ($75-$150) plus tax (12.5%).
