Check-in time begins at 3:00pm. If your cottage is available sooner, we will send you a text message saying so.
We provide you with one complimentary set of towels at the beginning of your stay. If you are staying for a few days to a week, please consider bringing your own towels. We will charge for extra towels.
We do not provide pool towels, you will need to bring your own.
Holiday Rates will apply on Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend & Columbus Day Weekend. All holiday weekends have a 3-night minimum with the exception of July 4th, which has a 4-night minimum. No exceptions.
For your convenience, we are a self-check-in facility, so you do not need to stop at the office - a map to direct you to your cottage will be emailed to you with your final reservation confirmation. The credit card information used to guarantee the reservation will be charged for your stay upon your departure. Please let the office know if you would prefer another payment method.
We do not accept RV arrivals after dark**
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. - late checkout is possible for an additional fee based on availability. Check at the office.
Each of our "Pet Friendly" Cottages has had pets in them previously. We do our absolute best to ensure that all cottages are deep cleaned prior to your arrival. If you have a pet allergy, please let our office know so we can make alternative accommodation for you. We do have " Pet Free" accommodations.
Informaton About Our Free Wi-Fi Service:
The Wi-Fi system at River’s Edge functions well in most areas for intended use, which is to check email, surf the web, send messages to friends and family, etc. The system, however, is not designed to stream music, movies, video, gaming or downloading large files that all use a tremendous amount of bandwidth.
The Wi-Fi system is not going to operate the way the hardwired and wireless connections do at your home. Please do not consider the campgrounds Wi-Fi an option for gaming, movies and music,
or anything that depletes shared bandwidth.
**Because of the nature of Wi-Fi technology and the topography of the campground, some sites will have slower service or no service at all. We cannot guarantee coverage for every site/cottage. In addition, the materials used in the construction of RVs and cottages, such as steel or aluminum, may inhibit a signal.**
Thus, service may be better outdoors than inside.
