Reservation Policies

Reservations are non refundable within 30 days of arrival. Outside of 30 days there is a $100 fee. Inclement weather, failure to catch the Ferry, or make a ferry reservation is not an acceptable cancellation.

You authorize full payment immediately and agree that the reservation is not able to be cancelled or refunded within 30 days of arrival.
Condo rentals DO include linens and towels per guest.
Rate shown is plus cleaning ($200) plus tax (12.5%).
