Your credit card will be charged a deposit at time of reservation based on the reserved length of stay:
2-3 Nights - 1 Night Deposit
4-5 Nights - 2 Nights Deposit
6-9 Nights - 3 Nights Deposit
10 Nights or more - 5 Nights Deposit

For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay including taxes will be charged and is non refundable. Please make sure your plans are firm!

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the original reservation. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will incur a processing fee of $25. Please ask about travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
