The Diamond Head Gulf View 1 Bdrm Suite requires a Friday check-in and Friday check-out. All other units require a Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. All units have a 7 night stay requirement. Any reservation submitted which does not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival to receive full refund of 1 night deposit. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after 60-days and no shows.

Deposit Policy: Rental deposit of 50% of room rate plus tax required at time of booking. Authorization of remaining 50% plus tax is due 60-days prior to arrival date.

A 1-night security deposit is required for each suite. Note that this is a separate deposit from the rental deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure.

Terms & Conditions: Check-in time after 4PM Check-out time before 11AM. MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO RESERVE ACCOMMODATIONS. Young adults between the ages of 18 – 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 25 years of age. A credit card and valid photo ID will be required upon check in.

Pet Policy: As we love our pets, unfortunately they are not permitted to vacation with us at the resort, so please make prior arrangements for your pet's boarding.
