Agreeing below serves as your signature of agreement to our Short Term Lease

• The space can sleep up to 22 (4 beds are queens), or 18 with everyone having their own bed.

• Pricing is structured per person with a minimum group of 12 to reserve. Groups smaller than 12 are welcome, the per person fee will be slightly higher.

• Fees are charged per person: $75 for first night. $75 for second night. $50 for each additional night

• First time bookings require a security deposit of $500 to be returned after inspection of property.

• Either the security deposit or 20% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking your reservation. The full amount of the fee is due 1 month prior to your stay.

• Payment can be accepted in 4 different methods:
