We will gladly refund your money if you cancel your reservation contract 15 days prior to your arrival, or if we are able to re-rent your room for the entire length of your reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. There is a $50.00 service charge per room on all cancellations.

Credit Cards are no longer charged when requesting a reservation using this form. I will be texting or emailing you an invoice or a quick payment link from "SQUARE PROCESSING" for your payment. An immediate payment is required or your reservation is cancelled. Your reservation is not valid until payment is paid in full.

Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of family emergency, weather, or sickness, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance for emergencies.
