Reservation Policies

Johnnycake Flats is a small, family owned B & B and as such, cancellations affect us significantly. If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 21 days prior to arrival. At this time you will be refunded your payment, minus $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 21 days will completely forfeit the payment.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from us and payment is received.
