Reservations: Your credit card will not be charged at this time and will be used to hold your reservation until confirmation. This reservation is not final until you have heard from us confirming your final total and available vacancy.

Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, you are responsible for the full cost of all the nights that you reserve. Refunds are made for cancelled reservations only if cabin (s) reserved are re-rented and no loss is sustained less a $75 handling fee.

Deposits: There is a $300 minimum deposit for all reservations.

Pets: Dogs are allowed only in Cabins 13 and 14 with prior approval. Pet fee is $125 up to 1 week per pet.

Minimum Night Stay Requirements: We have a 3-night minimum stay during our Spring and Fall seasons. There is a 7-night minimum stay required during the Summer. See our website for specific dates.

Visitors: Outside daily visitors are allowed for $15 per person/per day.
