Half the cost of the room will be charged when making your reservation (unless you take the cancellation insurance.)

We offer cancellation insurance you can purchase when you make your reservation for an additional $50.
If you take the cancellation insurance, the cost of the insurance will be charged to you when you make your reservation… Your room charge will be charged to you on check-in or check out. If you cancel your reservation, you only lose the cost of the insurance.

If you do not take insurance, and you cancel your room, you forfeit your deposit (half the total cost of the room).

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have heard directly from us with final confirmation.
