Half the cost of the room will be charged when making your reservation (unless you take the cancellation insurance.

We offer cancellation insurance you can purchase when you make your reservation; the cost of the insurance is:

• $35 for a one-night reservation


• $50 for a two-night reservation


• $65 for a three-night reservation


• 15% of the cost for four- or more-night reservation

If you take the cancellation insurance, the cost of the insurance will be charged to you when you make your reservation… Your room charge will be charged to you on check-in or check out. If you cancel your reservation, you only lose the cost of the insurance.

If you do not take insurance, and you cancel your room, you forfeit your deposit (half the total cost of the room).
