In order to preserve the integrity of the hotel, we limit the number of guests in each suite and only certain suites can accommodate children.

Check-in time: Anytime after 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM

Rates are per night based upon double occupancy and are subject to Maine state 9% lodging tax and 2.5% resort fee. Rate variation is due to midweek/weekend/holiday fluctuations and length of stay. Charges for additional guests, regardless of age, are $20.00 per evening. Limited amount of cots and pack and plays are available, please let us know in advance. Prices subject to change.

Reservations will be guaranteed and confirmed in writing, upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. A 50% advance deposit will be charged for reservations longer then 1 night stay to the credit card provided once a reservation is submitted. 100% advance deposit will be charged for 1 night stay. Upon arrival, we accept cash, Travelers Cheques, Visa, Discover, and Master Card.

Being a small hotel, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. We therefore adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival and will be charged $50.00 processing fee. There are no refunds for early departures.

Minimum stay requirements will apply on weekends, during peak season, over holidays and special events.
Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per suite.

Every effort will be made to accommodate special room requests, however, specific rooms by number cannot be guaranteed.
