Reservation Policies

Reservation Cancellation: You will receive all back except a $50 cancellation or change fee if the place you reserved gets rented. *No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Full total payment is required at time of reservation.

A $200 damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded 14 days after checking out or when cabin has been verified clean and ready for next guest, if you do not receive in 14 days after your stay, inform Brent or Diana and they, will find out why it has not been refunded.

I will send you a link to my web page for payment and amount you want to pay per my web page.
Once payment is made this is a binding contract between guest and Bunnylane Cabins.

PETS: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property. Please clean up after your pets or you will lose your deposit.

If children are mobile and create wear and tear then it is $10 more per night counted as extra guest. " Infants no charge"

There is a $10 Per Pet / Per Night Fee. Please tell us HOW MANY NIGHTS you will be bringing your THIRD pet :

If you are bringing pets, you MUST complete the Pet (Reservation Add-on Items) section of this reservation. If you do not, you will be charged $20 per night/per pet, vs. $10, or lose your damage deposit. Honesty is the best policy. :)

This is a "Pay it Forward " place as your home in the mountains. If you arrived and the previous guest did not leave cabin as web page shows , do take photos and send to me, I can reimburse you as needed. It might be wise to take photo when you leave, keeps the next guest honest. :)
