Reservation Policies
Minimum Stay Requirements: 5 to 7 nights.
Payments: A $300.00 deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Simply call the office to make a payment or mail payment to the office at 6154 Midnight Pass Rd. Siesta Key, Florida 34242.
Weeks that include Easter and Spring Break have holiday rate increases. There may be an additional Security Fee added to the rate during peak occupancy dates.
Cancellation Policy:
A $300.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. In the event a reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival the deposit, less a $95.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival the entire amount will be forfeited with written cancellation, unless the Agent is able to rent the same unit to another party (for the same dates and price), in which case the full amount will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $95.00. There are no refunds for early departure. If a guest requests a change of dates or to change units within 30 days of arrival the same policy applies. The processing fee is not refundable. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE.
