Reservation Policies

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before booking online, please visit the official Vermont tourism website for full information on travel restriction updates.

All nightly rates are based on double occupancy. All room reservations require a 2-night minimum stay. Rustic cabin is temporarily not available.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit of 1/2 your total stay is required to confirm your stay. We accept personal checks, money orders or travelers' checks. (Our apologies for not taking credit cards.)

REFUND POLICY:
Deposits are 100% refunded if you notify us 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. With less than 14 days notice, your deposit refund is flexible. Please contact owner for more information.

There will be no refunds for Holiday weekends, Middlebury graduations / parents' weekends / homecomings, or stays of 7 or more days, unless rooms can be rebooked.
