Dogs are welcome in the Cottage or in the 2 dog-friendly rooms on the 1st floor of the Farmhouse for $25/pet per night. Other pets are not allowed. Please review our Pet Information page. If you are bringing 2 dogs (Cottage only), your subtotal on the next screen will only reflect one $25 charge but an accurate total reflecting $25 per night per dog will be included in your reservation confirmation email. If you would like to request bringing more than two small dogs please call us.
Fresh Floral Arrangement
Let us know if you would like to order a fresh floral arrangement! We will have it in your room upon arrival. If you would like a special message please let us know in the Comments section.
Intimate Wedding Package
This package is $500 plus the cost of your room, and covers your facilities fee, JP/clergy fee, cake, floral arrangement, champagne, and chocolates, for a wedding of up to four guests. If you have more than four guests your fee will be adjusted. Please call us to discuss your plans. Thank you for planning your special day at The Highlands Inn!
Schedule a relaxing massage in our massage room on the second floor of the Main Inn! Please let us know your time preference in the comments section of your reservation, and we will confirm the exact time with you. Advanced notice is recommended, and sessions are provided as available. Your massage will be billed to your room and paid upon check out.
Gift Basket
Basket includes champagne & chocolates. Call us if you would like to add items from our gift nook such as Highlands Inn mugs, flutes, tumblers, hats, syrup, or t-shirts.
Thanksgiving Dinner for 2, 2016
A wonderful feast! Turkey with all the trimmings, yummy desserts. If you are travelling alone, note this in Comments. You will only be charged for one dinner and a correct total will be included in the final confirmation you receive from us when your credit card is charged.
New Years Eve Celebration 2016
Fabulous New Year's Eve Celebration including dinner, champagne, a concert, and dessert! Come ring in the New Year with your friends at The Highlands Inn! (If there is only one of you in your party, you will only be charged $75.)
Extra Person Charge
Rates are for 1 or 2 persons/room. Our Deluxe Queen room can accommodate a third person on a pullout couch. If you wish to have more than two people in your room please request this in the Comments section or call us.

Cancellation policy: There is a $25 processing fee on ALL cancellations. The deposit less the $25 fee will be refunded on cancellations received more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations received 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, we will gladly apply your deposit (less the $25 fee) towards a future stay if we are able to re-rent your room. If we are not able to re-rent your room, the deposit will be forfeited. For holiday periods, cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
