Reservation Policies

Booking deposits and all other payments are non-refundable.

In an effort to maintain our tour pricing, a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to deposits/payments of $1000 or more. Riders are welcome to pay by check to avoid this fee. If applicable, your reservation confirmation email will ask you to reply with your payment preference.

Please review our Rules & Regulations page before submitting.

If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so in writing. If you cancel within thirty (30) days of the tour/rental start date, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of the tour package and/or rental you reserved.

A nonrefundable deposit will be processed at time of booking:
• $50/day for rentals
• 50% for tour packages up to $2000
• $1000 for tour packages $2000 and greater. Second $1000 payment due 60 days prior to tour.
• Bookings within 30 days of rental/tour date are charged the full price of rental/tour at booking.

Balance is due 30 days prior to rental/tour.

All riders must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid motorcycle endorsement on their license. Each rider must submit their own individual reservation request form (passengers do not need to submit form).

Please include your AMA membership number at the end of this form, if applicable.
