Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

To secure a reservation at Pheasant Hill Bed & Breakfast requires a deposit of 50% of total stay. This deposit is refunded if cancellations are made more than two weeks before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellations occur within 14 days or less, the deposit is refunded to the extent the room is re-rented. All cancellations or reduction in nights reserved are subject to a $25 fee per room. Full payment is due upon arrival.
