Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to $100.00 per night, per room reserved. This will be charged once your reservation is confirmed with the Inn at Pleasant Lake. Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you communicate to us at least 14 days prior to the arrival date a need to cancel, we will be happy to hold your deposit to another stay or arrange for a refund less a $15 processing fee. Cancellation within the 14 days prior to your arrival date results in forfeiture of deposit. A cancellation or no-show on your arrival date will result in a loss of all deposits as well as a charge for the balance of the first night's full room rate. We will make every effort to re-book the room and ONLY in the event that we are successful, we will hold your deposit for a future stay or refund your deposit, less a $15 processing fee.

Minimum Stay Requirements
A two night stay is required on weekends from April through October, any holiday weekends and prep school/college event weekends throughout the year. Columbus Day weekend in October is a three night minimum. A one night stay may be requested any day after the Monday prior to the weekend in question. Please inquire when making reservations.

Multiple Room Reservations
When booking 5 or more rooms at a time an 8 week prior to reservation cancellation policy is in effect.

Additional Persons
Rates based upon double occupancy. Each additional guest (regardless of age) add $25 per night.

Cash, checks, MC, Visa, Discover and AMEX accepted. Room Rates and Food and Beverages are subject to 9% NH rooms tax.

Dinner Reservations? We suggest that if you are interested in dinner reservations during your stay that you book them ahead of your arrival. Our five course dinner is available Wednesday-Sunday nights. The cost is $58 per person, not including tax, gratuity or beverages. Dinner time: 6:15pm-7:00pm (reception) 7:00pm (chef presentation & seating). Please note below the following: - How many guests will be in you party. - If any of those guests have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
