Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Refundable deposits are available up to 14 days prior to arrival date, less a $75.00 cancellation charge per room(s) per date. Less than 14 days cancellation notice, there will NOT be any refund. There will not be any refunds for "no-call" or "no-show" reservations. There is an "EARLY ARRIVAL" fee of $50.00 for a maximum of two (2) hours with prior agreement of the Inn. During the dates of the Brimfield Antique Show, all reservations will be paid in full in advance. During this time, there will not be any refunds or credits for cancellations.

Appointments at Rosie B's Swim Center for Dogs

are by appointment only. Advance notice is required for all Dog swims after arrival.

Comments/Requests:

1.) All "poop" from Dogs will be picked up their Owners and deposited in designated containers. Bio-degradable disposable bags are available throughout the site. 2.) No Dogs will be left in Guest rooms unattended for any reason.
