Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

With less than 14 days notice we must be able to re-rent the room for the length of your stay in order to cancel. Cancellation time for graduations & groups reserving 4 or more rooms are refundable only 60 days before arrival unless rebooked for the length of stay.

All regular reservations will be confirmed with a one night deposit charged to your credit card & the balance is due at check in. There are some reservations which have exceptions, see our Cancellation, Refunds & polices section for them on the rates & Polices page.
