Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned provided we are notified 14 days before scheduled arrival (less 25% Processing Fee). If cancelled less than 14 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited. The full rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date or depart before the final date of guaranteed reservations. All deposits will be credited to the last night(s) of reserved time and will be forfeited in case of early departure.

Minimum Night Stay Requirements
A two night minimum may apply to weekend reservations.
A three night minimum may apply to peak season (June 12 - Sept 8 & Sept 26 - Oct 23)and Holiday weekends.
