Reservation requests made 72 hours prior to checking-in are final transactions one hour after making the reservation request. If you have any questions or would like an instant confirmation regarding your reservation request please call or text me at 781-956-9946.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours cancellation policy year round from the moment a reservation request is made - except for any reservation booked within 72 hours before checking in - those are final transactions.

House Rules:
No Pets.
No Smoking.
Leave shoes by the front door.
Violations of house rules: You will be required to leave immediately without refund plus be charged a $250 fee for each violation.

Check-in is at 4pm or later (by appointment or express self check-in)

Early check-in available for an extra charge

Check-out is at 10am (check-out can be flexible upon request for an additional fee)
