Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

To confirm your reservation, advance payment for your requested booking is required as a deposit. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please request our bank details via email (be sure to include the date and room you would like to book): info@whitebeach-shimoda.com. Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For group bookings (4 rooms or more), more than 14 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date is needed. If you cancel after that time, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can fill the rooms. Please note that check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Also, all our rooms are non-smoking.
