Reservation Policies

Windsor Inn Hotel is a Boutique and a WALKED-UP HOTEL with a 3-story building. 2 stairs up and 1 stair down. If you need help with the luggage ask for guest services assistance.

Hotel Policy:

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is required by 11:00 am. All registered hotel guests must present a valid, state-issued, Photo ID or Passport.

A major credit card is required at check-in for a $150 deposit for incidentals (cash is not accepted for incidentals).

The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be the one checking in upon arrival.

The Windsor Inn is a smoke-free and pet-free hotel. Any evidence of smoking or pets in the suite will incur a $300 excessive clean-up fee.

Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.

Guarantee Policy:

A major credit card is required to cover a 1-night room and a tax deposit at the time of booking is to be guaranteed. Pre-paid reservations will be paid in full at the time of reservation.

The hotel doesn't have a parking place for guests, please take time to search online before your check-in or you can call the hotel for parking recommendations.

Cancellation Policy:
72 hours prior to arrival cancellation, if the reservation is canceled within this period of time the DEPOSIT amount will be refunded 100%. NO SAME-DAY CANCELLATION.
