Reservation Policies

To request a tour date, please fill in the form below and click on “Review your Inquiry” at the bottom of the page.

You will immediately receive an email acknowledgement of receipt of your booking request which is NOT your confirmation. You do not have a booking until you receive your email confirmation, which will be emailed within 24 hours.

Note: By filling out this form I verify that all guests in my party are are 21 or older. All guests will have proper identification while touring. I understand that upon confirmation from Monticello Appellation, the total tour fee for the tour will be charged to my card, leaving no balance due the date of the tour. There are no additional taxes or fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 10-day cancellation policy. Should you cancel prior to 10 days from the date of your tour reservation, your payment will be returned, less a $20 credit card processing fee. Should you cancel 10 days or fewer prior to your tour date, or do not show up on the tour date, the entire payment will be forfeit. This also applies to Gift Certificate bookings. All cancellations are completed with a cancellation number from Monticello Appellation. If you have not received a cancellation number, we have not received your cancellation request. Our favorite bakery makes beautiful and delicious birthday cakes. We offer two - we'll keep the box as well in case you can't finish it during your stay.

• The Princess (or Prince!) Cake features layers of vanilla sponge with Bavarian cream and iced with a marzipan frosting (an almond paste).

• The Chocolate Cake - with chocolate cake on the bottom, then dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate mousse and covered with a milk chocolate glaze.

Lunch is not available on Saturdays.
The lunch is served at a winery indoors or out, depending on the weather, using heirloom linens, silver, and Rosenthal china. No box lunches on our tours!

Included is chilled bottled water. Wine may be purchased at the winery. Lunches include a cheese plate appetizer, hearty sandwich on a home-baked roll, crunchy kettle chips, and a local freshly baked pastry for dessert. Please see our sandwich menu options and Get More Details
