Two (2) night minimum on all Holiday Weekends including St. Peter Fiesta
and weekends during summer months (July/August). All room prices are for two (2) people. Some rooms accommodate more than 2 (two) people. Management reserves the right to limit the number of people staying in each room and to charge for each additional person @$25. Please note that all of our units are non smoking and pets cannot be accommodated in any of our units.
Deposits are required to reserve a room as follows: 3 nights or less, payment in full; 4 or more nights, half the total amount due. Please call 978-281-0100 if you wish to discuss alternative deposit options.
If rooms are canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for any nights that are not re-rented. No monies shall be returned for cancellations withing the 14 day period unless the room is re-rented. A $25 service fee will be retained for all cancellations, full or partial, at any time within or outside the 14 day period.
