Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. All reservations are due in full upon check in date. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
Reservations are refundable if notice of cancellation is given 14 or more days before check in date. There is a 30 day minimum cancellation for Fall Foliage,(Sept. 15th through Oct.30th). If your cancellation notice is given less than 14 or 30 days during Fall, a full refund will be given if we are able to book your room. There is a $35 administration charge for cancellations. All one night stays from September 15-October 30 will be charged a $50 surcharge to cover the additional staffing required to turn the rooms during our peak period.
