DRAPER [ Heritage House ]
Harbour-view | One queen bed. This magnificent former master bedroom boasts a stunning view of the ocean and bustling boats in the Louisbourg harbour from the 2nd floor. Its spacious layout, tasteful decor, and decorative (only) fireplace all add touches to its charm. Natural light floods the room through large windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance that will energize you for the day ahead.

MATTHEWS [ Heritage House ]
Harbour-view | One king bed. This is the most spacious and luxurious room at Louisbourg Heritage House, occupying the entire third floor. The room has a king bed, and a spacious sitting area where you can unwind and relax. The lovely, locally crafted model schooners add a touch of maritime ambiance to this space. From the room and especially from it's balcony perch, you can enjoy the village's best view of storied Louisbourg harbour, including, the public wharf, Battery and Green islands and the Fortress at the west end of the bay. Minimum two-night stay is required to enjoy this room.

Amenities for Harbour Inn Rooms: Private ensuite bath, high speed wireless internet, complimentary breakfast, common guest balcony, reading space with comfy armchairs. All rooms suitable for two guests.

Each room bears the name of a ship whose story represents a history of shipwrecks, battles, treasure, fisheries and unfortunate tragedy which occurred on the most event rich coast of Cape Breton Island.

Amenities for Heritage House Rooms: Private ensuite bath, high speed wireless internet, complimentary breakfast, reading space with comfy armchairs. Communal galley kitchen with coffee facilities, microwave and refrigerator – sorry no cooking. All rooms suitable for two guests.

Each of Heritage House rooms is named after a prominent historical resident of the Louisbourg area.
