Full size bed and small futon that doubles as an extra bed. Located on the first level of the home next to the entryway w/ shared bathroom located at the top of the stairs. Common area offers use of shared mini refrigerator, microwave and keurig coffee machine. Includes off street parking for one car, WiFi and utilities.

30 consecutive nights minimum stay required to revieve the discounted monthly rate.
Additional occupancy over 1 quest is $300 [per month / per person ].
