Beautifully appointed - King size bed featuring 2 twin beds joined permanently plus a futon set up as a sofa unless the extra bed is requested to sleep an extra one or two guests. End tables available as work stations or for dining located next to the futon on each end. A second table available at the foot of the bed to use also for dining, with two chairs.

This room features an En-suite bath with shower stall.

Amenities: Guests have access to a shared filtered water pitcher, mini-refrigerator and a shared Keurig coffee machine located in the common area. Complimentary Keurig pods are provided for your convenience.

Rates are based on maximum of 2 guests using the king size bed.
Use of the futon incurs an additional $30 charge per night plus tax. It must be requested in the notes area when making the reservation. The futon set up as a bed measures 35 inches across and 70 inches in length suitable for 1 adult.
